Aseelah Z. Carter is a speaker, strategist, and founder of Family Structure First, a nonprofit dedicated to restoring the Black family unit — especially those impacted by incarceration and systemic injustice.
She has lived what she teaches: blending her own experience in healing a blended family of 14 children and 25 grandchildren with over a decade of leadership, coaching, and restorative justice work.
Her mission is clear: Heal the structure. Build the legacy.
